Equestrian Facilities
We offer extensive facilites for both casual use and large horse events here at Solway Showgrounds.
Cross Country
Our cross country course is a training facility and offers a variety of jumps including water. It is suitable from beginner up to 105cm.
You must ride accompanied, you must wear current safety helmets and back protectors.
Sand Arena
Our sand arena is 80 x 60m and is an all weather facility and therefore can be booked all year round.
It is suitable for all forms of lessons including jumping.
You must be accompanied by someone to use the facility
Events
We host all kinds of equestrian events throughout the year.
We can accommodate groups and can accommodate overnight stays with facilities including covered and uncovered yards.
With 20 hectares of land, there's plenty of space for hacking. Please contact us if you are looking for a venue to host your event. We'd love to talk to you.
